Arif Özakça

Arif Özakça was born in London in 1979. He studied at Camberwell College of Art. He describes his distinctive works, which combine montage with painting, as concerned with the interplay of dualities. In 2009, he participated in the group exhibition “Newspeak: British Art Now”, which was organized by Saatchi Gallery in Hermitage Museum, St. Petersburg.
