İlke Kutlay was born in Izmir in 1982. He finished Izmir Işılay Saygın Fine Arts High School. He graduated from the Painting Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Mimar Sinan University in 2007. During school, he studied at the Devrim Erbil′s workshop. Kutlay has had solo exhibitions and participated in group exhibitions in Turkey.
