Humanur Bağlı

Humanur Bağlı was born in Ankara. After graduating from the Department of Industrial Design in the Faculty of Architecture at Middle East Technical University in 1994, she worked as a research assistant for 7 years. She finished her master’s degree at the Department of Graphic Design in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Hacettepe University and her doctoral degree at the Department of Industrial Product Design in the Faculty of Architecture at Istanbul Technical University in 2002. She currently teaches at Istanbul Technical University. She also works as a designer and adviser for companies and non-governmental organizations both in Turkey and abroad. She researches basic design, semiology, social responsibility, culture and design.
