Dilek Sanlav

Dilek Sanlav was born in 1957. She finished T.E.D. Ankara College in 1974. In 1979 she graduated from the Department of Business Administration of Boğaziçi University. Sanlav started making ceramics at the ceramic club, which belongs to Boğaziçi University in 1977. In 1989, Sanlav founded her own workshop and designed silver accessories as a professional designer. She has an interest in motifs and designs which can be seen in Seljuk architecture. She has researched and used Seljuk designs in her silver bracelets. Sanlav uses many kinds of materials to make her unique jewelry.
