Şuayip Karataş

Şuayip Karataş was born in Soğucak village in the district of Kazan in Ankara in 1964. He started to make jewelry in 1977. The beauty of his jewelry with gem stones attracted people’s attention. He also makes silver jewelry with Turkish cultural motifs. As of today, Karataş continues to work at his workshop in Ankara.
