Aslı Güler

Aslı Güler was born in Izmir in 1974. After finishing at American College Institute in Izmir, she studied City and Regional Planning at Middle East Technical University in Ankara and graduated in 1997. She then studied fashion design at a private school of Fine Arts and Fashion Design for two years. In 1999, Güler attended summer courses at Central Saint Martin’s School of Design. In 2000, she moved to Istanbul and started working as a fashion designer for many companies. She worked in local retailers such as Selim Trico and Ipekyol. Güler gained great experience in the European market working as the design director in ATK. She also worked as a manufacturer for famous companies including Marcs & Spencer, Esprit, George for Asda Matalon, and C&A. In 2006, she began working as the design consultant for ERBA. She also designed for a wide range of markets such as Topshop, Monsoon, and Jane Norman in the UK; Express & Limited stores, Nautica, and Victoria’s Secret in USA; and MEXX in the Netherlands. In 2007, Güler founded her own brand “Aslı Güler” in Istanbul. In the following year, she created her collection. Currently, she continues to create her collection for the brand “Aslı Güler”.
