Zeynep Mayruk

Zeynep Mayruk was born in Izmir in 1989. She studied fashion design at Saint Charles High School in Chicago. After graduating from the high school in Chicago in 2006, she returned to Turkey and continued her study in fashion design at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Izmir Economic University, where she graduated in 2012. She pursued her study at the Central Saint Martins in London. In 2013 Mayruk launched her own brand, for which she creates Haute Couture designs as well as ready-to-wear design. She exhibited her first collection in the 2013 Alaçatı Millfest Festival and received critical acclaim. It was followed by her 2014 Spring-Summer collection in the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Istanbul. Mayruk currently continues her work in Istanbul.
