İhsan Oktay Anar

İhsan Oktay Anar was born in Yozgat in 1960. He completed his BA, MA and Ph.D. degrees in the Philosophy Department at Ege University. Currently he continues to teach at his alma mater. In general, he writes books after in-depth research of the history related to the subject. His book “Puslu Kıtalar Atlası” has been introduced by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism and translated into more than 20 languages. In 2009, he received the Erdal Öz Literature Award.
