Vedat Özdemiroğlu was born in Ankara in 1968. He graduated from the Faculty of Communication at Istanbul University in 1993. He wrote short stories and notes for many magazines such as Gırgır, Fırt, Dıgıl, Avni, Fırfır, Leman, LManyak, Öküz Dinozor, Yeni Harman, Haftalık, and Fermuar. He also wrote for newspapers including Cumhuriyet, and for radio and TV programs. Özdemiroğlu also served as a text writer for TV programs including "Zeki-Metince" and "Zaga." He is one of the scenarists of "İnşaat" film. He worked as a copywriter at Alametifarika advertising agency for 2 years. Since 2007, Özdemiroğlu has performed as a comedian. He has acted in the "80 Dakkada Cümle Âlem" at Lush Kabare in Istanbul since the season of 2011-2012. He writes for Uykusuz magazine.
