Bingöl Elmas

Bingöl Elmas was born in Erzurum in 1976. She graduated from the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema in the Faculty of Communication at Marmara University. She worked various TV channels between 1998 and 2001. She then worked at the Association of Documentary Filmmakers in Turkey (BSB) from 2001 to 2008. Elmas currently works as a director, producer, and scripter at the Asmin Film production company. She has received many awards for her films. In 2016, Elmas received a Bilge Olgaç Achievement Award in the 18th Flying Broom International Women′s Film Festival.
