Gülcan Altan

Gülcan Altan was born in Istanbul. While studying business at Trakya University, she started singing professionally. She has sung as a soloist as well as a group member with various bands. Altan then established her own group. She took singing lessons from Güher Güney. After graduating from the Turkish Music State Conservatory of Istanbul Technical University in 2005, Altan completed her Master′s degree at Yeditepe University. In 2008 she released her first album "Gükümser" under the label of Ada Music. She sung "Danner Sip′o" in the album "Anlat" (2010). Altan released her second album "Gunef" in 2011 and the third album "Bir ömür bize yeter" in 2015. She currently continues her work in Istanbul.
