Art Profile	:	Yaşar Güç was born in Niksar in the district of Tokat. At the age of 12, he learned how to make and play kaval from his father. Currently, Güç is known as the best kaval maker in Turkey. In 2009, he received “Turkey’s Living Human Treasures 2010 Awards” from UNESCO.
