Arsen Gürzap

Arsen Gürzap was born in Ankara in 1946. She graduated from the Theater Department of Ankara State Conservatory. She started working as an actress at the Ankara State Theatre. In 1978 she was appointed to the Istanbul State Theatre. Since then she has worked as a director and actress at the Istanbul State Theatre. Gürzap has also acted in over 60 plays at various theatres such as Turkish State Theatres, the Istanbul Municipality Theatre, and the Theatre Istanbul. She taught acting at the Theater Department of Mimar Sinan University and the Dialog Anlatım İletişim, which she founded with Can Gürzap. Arsen Gürzap has acted in many films and TV series including "Gölgesizler" (2009), "O kadin" (1982), "Güneydogu′dan Öyküler Önce Vatan" (2010), and "Güllerin Savaşı" (2014). She has also worked as a voice actress. She currently continues her work in Istanbul.
