Ateş Şenveli

Ateş Şenveli worked at the TRT Ankara Television for 20 years after graduating from university. She painted hundreds of pictures of stories and illustrated books and magazines, including the famous “Doğan Kardeş”. Şenveli also prepared many posters for state ceremonies. In addition to it, she worked for commercial companies. In her whole life, Şenveli has had an interest in Turkish folk art. She has researched folk stories and painted them. As of today, she continues to paint folk stories on glass, textile, and paper at her workshop.
