Ahmet Ünal

Ahmet Ünal was born in Gördes in 1972. After finishing primary and high school education in Gördes, he graduated from the Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration. He is working in family business now and they have been engaged in carpet making for generations. They mainly manufacture Gördes traditional hand made carpets. Besides they manufacture Anatolian carpets preserving its local motifs, designs, colors, dye and weaving techniques. They take great care in using hand spanned, fine wool threads in most of the carpets.
