Adil Can Güven

Adil Can Güven was born in İnegöl in 1953. Under his uncle and famous ceramist Abdurrahman Özer, Adil Can Güven began his ceramic education in 1970. With the support of his wife Nursan, he now makes ceramics with traditional materials and techniques at his workshop in Iznik. At the same time, he creates his own designs. He had many exhibitions in Turkey, and his works are regarded as artifacts by Turkish Ministry of Culture. Adil and Nursan Güven also exhibit together, each of their designs use traditional techniques and philosophies.
