Hayati Erdemli

Hayati Erdemli was born in 1938. He started weaving cloth on a hand loom at the age of seven. He wove the “Bürgü” textile and became a master craftsman on it. He then began working at the meteorology and wove textiles at his leisure. After working in different sectors for 25 years, he retired and began weaving “Bürgü” textile again.
