Hülya Köseoğlu

Hülya Köseoğlu was born in Bartın in 1969. Between 1990 and 1998, she served as a clothing teacher in the Public Culture Center. Besides it, she worked as a public relations expert both in the Bartın Municipality and a gynecology hospital.  Köseoğlu started making embroidery works with the “tel kırma” technique (embroidered with flat strip of metal) in her childhood. She developed her skill and became a master craftsman. As of today, Köseoğlu makes and sells famous embroidery works in Bartın. In addition to it, she teaches the “tel kırma” technique to younger generations.
