Aydın Yıldız was born in Sivas in 1956. In 1971, he attended a glass making class, which was held by Paşabahçe Company, and started making glass works. He then worked at Paşabahçe Company for 11 years. In 1982, Yıldız founded “Yıldız Cam” with Medeni Yıldız, and has been making glass objects such as glasses, jars, vases, medical equipments, and lightings; and antique glass replicas at their workshop. Yıldız has participated in handicraft fairs and exhibitions including the exhibitions which were held on the occasion of Turkish Year in Switzerland and Japan. Currently, he continues to work with Zafer and Medeni Yıldız at their workshop in Bayrampaşa, Istanbul.
