İbrahim Hakkı Yiğit

İbrahim Hakkı Yiğit was born in Kırşehir in 1972. He graduated from the Department of Architecture in the Faculty of Architecture at Yıldız Technical University. He completed his master’s degree in architecture at his alma mater. In 2002, he obtained his professional license in marbling (Ebru) art from the master Fuat Başar. Yiğit also learned calligraphy from Prof. Dr. Ali Alparslan and Davut Bektaş. Yiğit continues to work and train his students at the Gallery “Kalem Güzeli” and “Hatip Ebrû” workshops, which he founded in 2005. Since 2000, he has collected old and new marblings. He served as a photograph editor and collector in preparing the book “Mustafa Esat Düzgünman ve Ebrû”.
