Mahmut Çirkin

Mahmut Çirkin was born in Şanlıurfa in 1942. He learned coppersmith from his uncle and has worked for 55 years. He continues to make copper works with his brother Mehmet Çirkin. Çirkin brothers participated in the Handicrafts Fair in Istanbul (Sultanahmet), Izmir and Antalya, which was held by Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
