Şafak Gül Çetinkaya

Şafak Gül Çetinkaya was born in Iznik in 1963. After finishing high school, she worked at Rasih Kocaman ceramic workshop for 9 years and the Iznik Ceramics Foundation for 8 years. In 2002, she left the Iznik Foundation and founded Çintemani workshop with her 3 friends. Currently, Çetinkaya continues to decorate tiles and ceramics at her workshop in Iznik.
