Senay Keçik

Senay Keçik was born in Kilis in 1947. After she finished Vocational High school for Girls, she began working in the field of Turkish handicrafts. Since 1987 she has focused on decoration in textiles and wooden works.  She taught classes at the national education center. She was also awarded first and third prize in competitions held by an art magazine. She received an honorable mention as well. She continues her works today at her own workshop in Kilis.
