Aksel Zeydan Göz

Aksel Zeydan Göz was born in Zile, Tokat in 1977. He attended the Painting Department of Istanbul Anadolu Fine Arts High School in 1995. After graduating from the Sculpture Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Mimar Sinan University in 2002, he completed his Master′s degree in Visual Communication Design at Bilgi University in 2005. Göz held his first solo exhibition at the State Fine Arts Gallery in Bursa. Since then he has held many solo exhibitions and participated in various group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad. Göz has also shot short animation films and received many awards including the "Cumulus" prize in the European Ways of Life in Nantes (2006) and the "Best Short Film" in the 46th Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival (2009). Göz currently continues his work in Istanbul.
