Ali Kotan

Ali Kotan was born in Ankara in 1959. He graduated from the Department of Painting-Work at Ankara Gazi Institute of Education. He has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad. His first solo exhibition was held at the State Gallery in Ankara in 1985. Since then he has held over 28 solo exhibitions. His works can be seen in many national and international public and private collections. He has received 6 national awards. Kotan currently continues his work in Ankara.
