Ali Şentürk was born in Ankara in 1985. He graduated from the Sculpture Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Hacettepe University in 2012. He then continued his Master′s degree at his alma mater. In 2012 he and his friends joined a short film competition and received the Best Screenplay for the project entitled "24 hours with Nowartis Patient."
In 2013 Şentürk joined Mamut Art Project and Cer Modern workshops as a guest artist. He participated in the project "Boş Evlerden Şehir Olmaz," which was held at the m1886 with a support of the French Cultural Centre. Şentürk held his first solo exhibition "Ali Şentürk’ü Aramak" at Middle East Technical University. It was followed by his second exhibition "Benden Kimseye Bahsetme" at SODA in Istanbul. His works have been a part of important art collections in Turkey. Şentürk currently continues his work as a guest artist at Cer Modern in Ankara. He teaches as a lecturer at the Department of Fine Arts of Middle East Technical University.
