Ayla Yüce

Ayla Yüce graduated from the Sociology Department at Hacettepe University in 1981. She then graduated from the Ceramic Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Marmara University in 1998. Since 1994 Yüce has participated in various group exhibitions. She has received several awards including "Efes Ceramic" prize in the Golden pitcher Awards in 1996 and the first award in the Tolga Eti Art House Painting and Sculpture and Ceramic competition in 1998. In 2001 Yüce held her solo exhibition "suret-i zihniye" at Harmony Art Gallery in Istanbul. She currently continues her work in Istanbul.
