Bilgehan Ununer was born in Istanbul in 1963. He graduated from Ceramic Department at Marmara University in 1986. He completed master’s degree at Anadolu University, Social Science Institute in 1988 and doctoral degree, proficiency in arts at Dokuz Eylül University, Social Science Institute in 1990. Ununer has had nine solo exhibitions in Turkey and participated in many national and international group exhibitions. He has won several awards in some competitions. His works can be seen in public and private collections in Turkey. He is a member of the International Association of Plastic Arts and Turkish Ceramic Association. Currently, Uzuner teaches at the College of Fine and Applied Art of Eskişehir Anadolu University.
