Birim Bozok graduated from the Bedri Rahmi’s workshop in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Mimar Sinan University in 1971. Between 1974 and 1975, she went to Spain and studied gravure printing at Madrid Fine Arts Academy. Bozok has had more than 100 solo exhibitions in Turkey and different countries including Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Poland, Italy, the US, Canada, Finland and Sweden. Bozok has participated in many group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad and received 12 awards. Her works can be seen in national and international public and private collections. Currently, Bozok lives and works in Istanbul.
