C.M. Kösemen was born in Ankara in 1984. He studied at Cornell University and Sabanci University, and completed his Masters’ degree at Goldsmiths College in the field of Media and Communications. He then worked as an advertiser and later became a member of the editorial team of Benetton’s Colors Magazine. Kösemen′s interests include zoology and palaeontology as well as history and mysticism. He has held solo exhibitions and participated in group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad. Kösemen is a co-author of "All Yesterdays" (2012) and "Cryptozoologicon” (2013). He currently lives and works in Istanbul.
