Ekin Nayır

Ekin Nayır was born in Istanbul in 1953. After completing her high school education at the American College for Girls, she graduated from the State Academy of Fine Arts in 1975. Nayır worked as a graphic designer in an advertising company for five years, then at the art department of a publishing house for ten years. Nayır has had many solo exhibitions and has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Turkey. Currently, she continues to paint and make ceramics at her studio in Istanbul and Fethiye.
