Emin Güler

Emin Güler was born in Malatya, Doğanşehir in 1950. After finishing Mersin Primary School in 1968, he taught at a primary school for six years. In 1978, Güler graduated from the Painting Department at the Gazi Institute of Education in Ankara, and began teaching painting in Denizli. He has held more than 25 solo exhibitions and participated in 13 group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad. He has received several awards for his painting in numerous competitions. His works can be seen in many national and international public and private collections including the İş Bank collection, the Esbank collection, and the Izmir Painting and Sculpture Museum collection. Güler currently paints in Denizli and runs the Açı Art Gallery with a friend.
