Fevzi Karakoç

Fevzi Karakoç was born in Çankırı in 1947. He gradated from the Istanbul State Academy of Fine Arts in 1972. He attended International Salzburg Summer Academy in 1979. Karakoç completed his doctoral degree, with a proficiency in art on original press in 1983. He became an Associate Professor in 1986 and Professor in 1993. Until 2002, he taught at the Faculty of Fine Art of Marmara University. Karakoç has had many solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad. Since 2002, he has taught at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Yeditepe University.
