Gökte Tunç

Gökte Tunç was born in Istanbul n 1972. He completed his education in Paris between 1974 and 1994. In 1995 he started painting with painter Yusuf Taktak, at the Painting and Sculpture Museum Association which belongs to Yıldız Technical University. In 1996 Tunç became a member of “Workshop Triangle” (Atölye Üçgen) which was founded by Yusuf Taktak in 1985. Tunç has been continuing to paint in this group. He is also a member of the Painting and Sculpture Museum Association and Plastic Artist Association. Tunç has participated in many group exhibitions, and had eleven solo exhibitions both in Turkey and abroad. His works can be seen in many private collections.
