Gülperin Sertdemir

Gülperin Sertdemir was born in Izmir in 1956. She studied graphic design and graduated from the Painting Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Dokuz Eylül University in 1980. Since 1979, Sertdemir has designed book covers, banners, emblems, and logos. She is a founding member of the Aegean Foundation for Culture. Sertdemir has had 15 solo exhibitions and has participated in 36 group exhibitions. In 2013, she participated in the group exhibition "Art 7/24 vol.2" at the Armaggan Art & Design Gallery. Sertdemir has received 30 awards for her works. She continues to live and work in Izmir.
