Gülşah Bayraktar was born in Izmir in 1979. She graduated from the Painting Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Dokuz Eylül University in 2001. She obtained her Master′s degree at Marmara University in 2005 and doctoral degree, proficiency in Art, at Hacettepe University in 2013. She has held solo exhibitions and participated in many group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad. Bayraktar currently continues her work in Izmir and Trabzon.
