Hande Şekerciler

Hande Şekerciler was born in Bursa in 1982. After graduating from the Sculpture Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Marmara University, she worked with several painters and sculptors for a while. She has had a great influence of Gustav Klimt and Egon Schiele on her works. Şekerciler has participated in many group exhibitions such as "Ada Vapuru Modern Art Activity" (2003), "Art Bosporus Modern Art Fair" (2008) and "Casa Dell’Arte Gallery, Summer Group Exhibition" (2008). In 2010, she had her solo exhibition “Sıradakiler” at the Gallery Selvin in Istanbul. Currently, Şekerciler continues to work at her workshop in Istanbul.
