Hülya Düzenli was born in Samsun in 1957. She graduated from the Painting Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Mimar Sinan University in 1980. She then founded the Istasyon Art Academy with her brother Ömer F. Düzenli. They worked with Nurullah Berk in 1980-1982, Sabri Berkel in 1981-1993, and Adnan Çoker in 2001-2002. Since then Düzenli has held many solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad. In 1981-2010, she gave a conference on culture and art in many museums in Turkey, Austria, Holland, Italy, France, Egypt, England, Spain, Hungary, Check Republic and the US. Düzenli tutored at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University State Conservatory (1996-1997) and Kadir Has University (2000-2001). Since 2009 she has written about art works and artists for "snt" art journal. She currently continues her work at the İstasyon Sanat Merkezi in Istanbul.
