Recep Özcan

Recep Özcan was born in Bursa in 1981. After graduating from the Department of Physics at a university in 2003, he pursued master′s degree in Solid State Physics (2004-2006) and second master′s degree in Physics Education (2007-2009). He has continued his doctoral degree in Solid State Physics since 2010. Özcan has participated in many national and international cartoon competitions and exhibitions, and received many awards. In 2014 he won the Cumhuriyet Newspaper Special Prize in the 4th International Turhan Selçuk Caricature Competition.
