İrem Çamlıca was born in Istanbul in 1988. She graduated from the Department of Graphic and Design in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Işık University in 2013. In 2011-2012 she studied under the study abroad program at the University of Arts, Central Saint Martins in London. She founded her own studio in Galata, Istanbul in 2012. Since 2009 Çamlıca has participated in many group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad. She received gold medal in the Design category in the BIWC 2014. She also won the first prize in the 1st International Ex-Libris Competition in Saint Petersburg. Her works can be seen in many national and international publications and collections. Çamlıca currently continues her work in Istanbul.
