İzzettin Baki was born in Surmene, Trabzon in 1952. He graduated from the Istanbul State Academy of Fine Arts, Interior Design and Art Department in 1976. He founded his own work shop in the same year. He has participated in several group exhibitions with his stained glass, relief, painting and interior design. In 1988, his glass design was awarded the top prize in a competition, which was organized by Mimar Sinan University and Şise Cam Company. Between 1976 and 2007, Baki designed more than 8.000 m2 of stained glass. His Works can be seen in hospitals, business centers, hotels and public places in 24 different cities. His art works are also around the world such as United Kingdom, Russia, Switzerland, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan Holland, Bulgaria and Azerbaijan.
