Kürşad Karataş was interested in exploring but not exploiting new ideas and questions. He has not set any rules for beauty or ethics of man, which are the two main starting points for his activities. He tries to pursue meaning and application of these things during constantly changing modern times. One of his other interests is criticism of society and role of artist. Generally his critique stems from the idea that as mankind we have failed to move to a new stage of our spiritual and material existence, and deny of coexistence with other beings on earth. His professional work has been used in compute games and movies. His professional works were done for plain and crude entertainment.
