Kürşat Bayhan

Kürşat Bayhan was born in Malatya in 1980. He graduated from the Radio, Television and Cinema Department in the Faculty of Communication at Marmara University in 2003. He completed his Master′s degree in Cinema at the same university. In 2003 he started working as a photo journalist for Zaman newspaper. In 2013 he published his book "Away from Home." Bayhan received the "Best Photography Book" award from Time magazine and PDN Annual. He also won an IPA Invisible Photographer Asia Award as well as a 12th Sagamihara Asia Photo Prize. Bayhan currently continues his work in Istanbul.
