Mehmet Uluşahin

Mehmet Uluşahin was born in Ankara in 1983. He graduated from the Department of Design and Architecture in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Bilkent University in 2005. He completed his Master’s degree in animation and illustration at Kingston University in 2007. Since then he has worked in various projects, ranging in different fields of the creative industry, such as print design, illustration and animation. His illustrations have been published in periodicals such as Roll, Bant and Altyazı. His works have been exhibited at many group exhibitions and festivals in Istanbul and Ankara in Turkey as well as in England, Sweden, Greece and Denmark. In 2012, Uluşahin held an exhibition entitled “Field Work” at the Gallery Siyah Beyaz with Aysegül Turan. His first solo exhibition entitled “Orientation” was held at the independent art space Torun in May 2013. Uluşahin currently continues his work in London.
