Melis Buyruk

Melis Buyruk was born in Gölcük in 1984. She graduated from the Ceramic Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Selçuk University in 2007. She worked as an assistant at her alma mater from 2008 to 2011. Buyruk has participated in many group exhibitions in Turkey. In 2015 she held her first solo exhibition "You Art Here" at the Pg Art Gallery. Her second solo exhibition "Bir–Sürü" will be held at the Pg Art Gallery in December 2016-January 2017. Her works can be seen in several private collections. Buyruk currently continues to live and work in Istanbul.
