Meral Sümer Oğuzülgen

Meral Sümer Oğuzülgen graduated from the Ceramic Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Mimar Sinan University in 1997. She completed her master′s degree in the same university in 2000. Oğuzülgen worked as designer at Istanbul Yıldız Luxury Carpet in 1997-2000. From 2000 to 2002 she taught ceramics at Istanbul Atelier 34. Since 2002 Oğuzülgen has taught ceramics at Dokuz Eylül University Torbalı Vocational School. Since 1994 she has participated in many group exhibitions and held several solo exhibitions in Turkey. Oğuzülgen currently continues working at Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir.
