Meriç Kara

Meriç Kara was born in Izmir in 1977. After graduating from the Department of Industrial Design at Middle East Technical University in Ankara, she pursued her master′s degree in Milan Domus Academy in 2002. She has participated in many exhibitions including the Amsterdam Inside Design and the Milano Furniture Fair. Kara collaborates with companies such as Benetton and Sisley in Turkey as well as designers from different fields for both work and exhibitions. Her work has been recognized by books and magazines all around Europe. Kara currently continues her work in Istanbul.
