Mustafa Albayrak was born in İspir, Erzurum in 1971. He graduated from the Painting Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Atatürk University in 1999. In 1997, he founded the Renaissance Art House in Erzurum. Albayrak started teaching painting at Erzurum Dumlu High School, and later at Alibeyköy High School in Istanbul. He also moved the Renaissance Art House from Erzurum to Beyoğlu, Istanbul. In 2008, Albayrak completed his master′s degree at the Painting Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. Currently, he continues painting at his workshop Greyart. He has had many solo exhibitions, and participated in numerous group exhibitions. Albayrak has also received various awards for his paintings. He is one of the founders of Güneşeresim.
