Mustafa Bora was born in Zile in 1960. He graduated from the Painting Department in the Faculty of Buca Education at Dokuz Eylül University. He published his first caricature in "Gırgır" magazine in 1975. Since then he has published numerous caricatures in various magazines such as “Gırgır,” “Çarşaf,” “Akbaba” and “Yeni Asır.” Bora has participated in many competitions and received many national and international awards including an award from Ankara Municipality (1979). Since 1980 he has lived in Bordum where he draws caricatures. He currently continues working in Bordum.
