Art Profile	:	Necmi Özgür was born in Kırcaali in Bulgaria in 1966. He graduated from Sculpture Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Mimar Sinan University in 1989. Since 1986, he has participated in many group exhibitions, competitions in Turkey and abroad and won many awards. He has had first solo exhibition “Somut Hafıza” in Turkey.
